The assessment

What each person completes

The Aperio Workplace Profile is a 190-item assessment measuring nine executive function domains (based on Barkley's model of EF) and Big Five personality traits contextualised to work. It takes 25 to 35 minutes to complete. Each person receives their own detailed PDF report immediately on completion.

Executive function

Working memory, planning, inhibition, emotional regulation, time management, self-monitoring, task initiation, flexibility, and organisation. Scored against population norms with compensation and masking detection built in.

Personality at work

Big Five personality traits (openness, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness, neuroticism) scored and interpreted specifically for workplace behaviour, communication preferences, and stress responses.

Optional pattern screening

With explicit consent, the assessment screens for ADHD, autistic, and dyslexic trait patterns. Results appear in a separate section and the individual controls whether these are shared with your organisation.

Your employer dashboard

A management tool, not just a report

The dashboard is where profiles become operational. Every completed assessment feeds into a live system you use to manage people, track adjustments, and understand team dynamics. This is not a folder of PDFs.

We set up your organisation account

You get a dedicated dashboard with your organisation name, teams, and admin access. Your subscription includes 20 access codes per month. Unused codes roll over for as long as your subscription is active.

You distribute codes to your team

Send codes directly from your dashboard via email, or copy them to distribute however you choose. When sending, you select which assessment the code is for: workplace profile, ADHD screener, or autism screener. Each person enters their code and completes the assessment independently.

Each person receives their own full report

Immediately on completion, the individual gets their detailed PDF profile by email. It belongs to them. They can share it with you, their manager, or no one. Neurodivergence pattern screening results require explicit consent before they appear in your dashboard.

You manage your team from the dashboard

Every completed profile feeds into your live dashboard. You see individual scores and working summaries, track reasonable adjustments as they are implemented, run compatibility analysis across any combination of team members, and manage all your access codes from one place.

How this compares

An individual workplace profile costs £80 as a one-off purchase. The £1,500 monthly subscription gives you the full organisational platform: dashboard, team analytics, compatibility views, adjustments tracker, audit trail, and 20 codes included each month. For context, a single occupational psychology assessment typically costs £200 to £500 per person, and an Access to Work workplace assessment runs £500 to £1,500 per employee. Aperio gives you ongoing profiling infrastructure, not a one-off report.

Data, consent, and what you see

The core profile, working summary, and reasonable adjustments feed into your dashboard automatically once an assessment is complete.

Neurodivergence pattern screening is optional. If someone completes it, they are asked separately whether to share those results with you. If they decline, that section does not appear in your dashboard. You will not be told they opted out.

Each person receives their full profile regardless of what they share with you. The report belongs to them.

We recommend being transparent with your team about how profiles will be used before distributing codes. Trust in the process produces more honest responses and better data.
