Workplace Profile: how you work best. Demo data, not a real person.

How you can use it

What people do with their report

  • Give it to your GP to support a referral request
  • Show it to your employer to explain how you are affected and where you need support (Workplace Profile only)
  • Read the full breakdown of how ADHD or autistic traits affect you

How it's built

Research-informed, and not a diagnosis

The ADHD and Autism Screeners ask about patterns as described in DSM-5 and ICD-11. The Workplace Profile is informed by executive function and Big Five research. All of the tools are research-informed. None of them diagnoses anything.

The formal psychometric work is still being built. You can read where it stands on the Evidence page.

Your results

You decide if anyone sees your results

Your report is yours.

With the Workplace Profile you get your own account, keep your own report, and decide what, if anything, to share with an employer.

Aperio holds your answers and results to produce your report. How long we keep them is in the privacy notice.

What to expect

How long it takes

  • ADHD Screener: 20 to 30 minutes
  • Autism Screener: 20 to 30 minutes
  • Workplace Profile: 25 to 35 minutes

Answer based on your typical experience across your life. There are no right or wrong answers. Your answers are saved as you go.

Questions

Common questions

Is this a diagnosis?

No. A diagnosis can only come from a qualified clinician. These tools show patterns in your answers.

Will my GP accept it?

That is your GP's decision. The report gives you something specific to bring to the conversation.

Can my employer see it?

Only if you decide to share it. You decide if anyone sees it.

Can I stop and come back?

Yes. Your answers are saved as you go. If you close the page, come back, enter your access code, and use the same email address you started with.

What is the difference between the screeners and the Workplace Profile?

The screeners look at ADHD or autism patterns. The Workplace Profile looks at how you work: executive function, personality, and practical adjustments. It includes optional, non-diagnostic pattern screening.

Still unsure which one?

The bundle covers both screeners. The Workplace Profile is for support at work. Everything here is self-report, and none of it is a diagnosis.
