Executive Function
Barkley's EF Model

Nine domains drawn from Barkley's clinical model of executive function: time perception, planning, working memory, emotional regulation, motivation, response inhibition, organisation, task initiation, and self-monitoring. Each domain is scored across difficulty, compensation, and strength rather than collapsed to a single number.

Personality
Big Five (OCEAN)

Openness, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness, and neuroticism. The model with the strongest cross-cultural replication and the largest body of workplace validity evidence. Contextualised here to working behaviour, not generic trait labels.

Optional Screening
Neurodivergent Patterns

Honest limits

What this is not.

Not a clinical diagnosis

The neurodivergent pattern screening is non-diagnostic. It identifies patterns commonly described by people with particular profiles. Diagnosis requires a clinical assessment by a qualified practitioner.

Not a personality type

Big Five does not assign types. Your scores sit on five continuous dimensions, not in one of sixteen boxes. The report describes patterns, not labels.

Not a fit-for-the-role test

This measures how your cognition operates, not whether you should do a particular job. There are no right or wrong scores. Adjustment recommendations focus on conditions that support your profile, not roles that match it.
